The main objective of the ERD Salary Survey is to provide members with an indication of the levels of remuneration and benefits currently being provided to individuals in a wide variety of positions within the hospitality industry. The survey also allows for valuable data on employment trends to be collated.
Members who contribute to the survey receive a detailed results report which provides an indication of where their property is placed in comparison to other properties in the area and across the State.
Members who do not contribute, but wish to be provided with a copy of the results report are able to purchase this on request.
The information gathered is treated as strictly confidential and the information is only disclosed by way of the results of the survey with no mention of the source of the information.
