HIGA: KNOW YOUR AWARD
- TRAINING ROADSHOW -

A number of terms and conditions in the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2010 (“HIGA”) will be varied in time for the 2020 new year. Those variations include:

  • The introduction of competency based wage progression for apprentices
  • The introduction of a new averaging mechanism of 76 hours per two week period

And a lot more!
